Design inspiration
Award-winning architects RTA designed our Finesse homes to reflect the natural environment of Lake Waikare.
Inspired by traditional Kiwi boatsheds, these homes celebrate the unique lakeside location and establish a strong link to the water's edge. Materials include horizontal and vertical weatherboards, trims, and screens.
Our vision for the streetscape is to subtly reference the repetitive nature of traditional boatsheds along the water's edge while incorporating variation in form, materials, and colour to create interest and depth.
